If you have been financially impacted by COVID-19 and are concerned about your rent payment, please call Property Management immediately at

On-Line Rent Payment is now available. Contact the Management Office for instructions on how to sign on.

The Resident Portal allows secure online access for residents to make rental payments, submit maintenance requests and communicate with the Management Team. Residents are asked to please check email regularly for Resident updates.

Maintenance Service Request

For Emergencies:

  • Fire – Call 911, then call Maintenance
  • Escaping Gas (strong odor) – Call 911, then call Maintenance
  • Major Water Leaks – Call Maintenance
  • Toilet (backups) – Call Maintenance
  • Completely clogged sink or garbage disposal – Call Maintenance
  • Flooding into basements – Call Maintenance
  • No electricity – Call Maintenance
  • No Heat (October 1 through April 30) – Call Maintenance
  • Lock Outs (there is a charge) – Call Maintenance

For any emergency, please call (401) 784-6923. After 5:00 pm, a Maintenance Technician is on call to provide service for Emergencies only. Give your name, address/unit number, and phone number. Provide a clear description of the problem to the answering service; a Technician will respond to the problem.
