Andrew Deluski
Senior Vice President, Senior Business Lender

Andrew Deluski serves as Senior Vice President, Senior Business Lender for Bank Rhode Island.
Through the years, he has served as SWAP’s treasurer and as a Board Member. Working in the real estate field, Andrew kept our focus on the reality that housing projects take years to develop, fund, build, and stabilize. Andrew specializes in affordable housing and CRA initiatives as well as being an “outside-the-box” innovator to help create and implement new advantages.
“With the constant change in the pursuit for housing, it's important to stay focused on the aspects that can pave a smoother road for development, such as; the regulatory environment, affordability, financial feasibility...etc.,” Deluski says. “As a state, we should look to focus and support additional ideas, resources, and efforts to expand the supply of affordable housing.”
“SWAP has been a leader in the Rhode Island community in providing affordable housing since 1975. I’ve personally witnessed the efforts of leadership, staff, board, and their community partners collaborate to solve this gap in the availability of affordable housing.”
At Bank Rhode Island, Deluski is responsible for developing new relationships within the Rhode Island business community.
