Some people rent an apartment while saving money to buy a home and some people are very happy being a tenant for a long time while we take care of maintenance and snow removal. Either way, we need the same information from you because income guidelines apply for all of our apartments.

The FIRST STEP is to complete a SWAP Intake Form. This form requires the following information:

  • Name and current address

  • Family size

  • Income information

  • Size apartment you need

  • Completion of Good Tenant Workshop

You can come to our office to complete the form or you can call to have one mailed to you. Once you have completed the form and the information is verified, your name will be included on our waiting list. Do not delay. The sooner you get on the list, the sooner your application will be considered.

The NEXT STEP will require a lot more information from you including
verification of all your current employment income and tax returns.
Someone will contact you when an apartment is available and start the
process of qualifying you at that time.
